Are you an experienced Art teacher or an ECT looking to start their teaching career?
We have partnered with a well respected secondary school in the Farnham area. They have an excellent reputation for supporting staff and instilling a positive working environment. £140 - £261.78 per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Art lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students across all abilities, in collaboration with the current teaching team.
• Plan and implement engaging and creative lessons that foster artistic skills and inspire students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
• Cultivate a positive and supportive classroom environment, promoting enthusiasm for the arts.
• Work closely with colleagues to contribute to a collaborative and enriching school community.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a reflective and engaging educator with the drive to make a real difference in people''s lives
• Follow school behaviour management policies effectively, ensuring learning is at the heart of all interactions and knowledge of safeguarding is up to date
• Be punctual and organised
• Build rapport with students and staff easily, cultivating a community with strong core values
• Holding a QTS (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
