In this role, you will work closely with young people who may have disengaged from mainstream education, helping them explore their creativity, build self-confidence, and develop emotional regulation through the medium of art.You do not need to follow a rigid curriculum; instead, you will design engaging, hands-on, and therapeutic art projects that inspire curiosity and self-expression.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Creative Sessions: Plan and lead engaging art workshops (painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, crafts) tailored to small groups or 1-to-1 settings.Foster a Safe Environment: Create a welcoming, non-judgemental space where students feel safe to express themselves and take creative risks.Build Positive Relationships: Act as a positive role model, using patience and empathy to connect with students who have diverse educational and emotional needs.Track Engagement: Monitor student progress and participation informally, celebrating small wins and milestones.Collaborate: Work alongside education and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student welfare and development.What We Are Looking ForExperience: Background in art, design, fine arts, or art therapy, ..... full job details .....
