Art Graduate - Secondary School Ealing, West London Full-time Term-time Start: ASAP / Flexible We are working with a creative and supportive secondary school in Ealing who are seeking a passionate Art Graduate to join their Art and Design department. This role is ideal for a recent Art or Art and Design graduate who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a school environment, support creative learning, and potentially progress into teacher training or a long-term education career. The Role As an Art Graduate, you will support the Art department by: Assisting teachers during practical Art and Design lessons Supporting students with creative techniques, materials, and processes Preparing, organising, and maintaining art resources and equipment Helping to create and display student artwork across the school Encouraging student creativity, engagement, and confidence Supporting classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment The Importance of an Art Degree in School A degree in Art, Fine Art, Art and Design, or a related creative subject is highly valued for this role as it allows you to: Confidently support students with artistic techniques and creative development Demonstrate subject knowledge aligned with the secondary curriculum Act as a positive role model for students considering creative pathways Contribute meaningfully to lesson delivery and creative projects Support high-quality outcomes in coursework and practical ..... full job details .....
