The Role As an Art and Design Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that motivate learners to develop their creative skills and achieve their full potential.Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality Art and Design lessons.Planning and preparing engaging learning activities.Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback.Supporting students to achieve their academic and personal goals.Maintaining accurate learner records.Promoting safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion at all times. What We''re Looking For A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) or previous experience teaching Art and Design.Experience delivering Art and Design within a Further Education, Secondary or Higher Education setting is desirable.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A passion for supporting learners and inspiring creativity.An ..... full job details .....
