Purpose of the Role
As an Arrival Support Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that greets students, helps with luggage, provides parking guidance, and acts as a visible point of support throughout the check-in process. You’ll also work closely with reception, maintenance, and student support teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
