Arrears and Recoveries Executive, Bridging Loans

Fraser Carver Recruitment are working with a reputable Property Finance Lender in central London who are looking for a dynamic individual to join their Loan servicing team focusing on the "default" Bridging Loan portfolio.Working within a dedicated team of 3 the key purpose of the role is to deal directly with borrowers who are in financial difficulty to devise exit strategies and to ultimately help avoid the litigation/ recovery process being initiated.If this outcome isn''t feasible then you will of course be required to work both with internal and external lawyers to ensure that the correct processes are initiated/ adhered to. Whilst Bridging experience would be advantageous we would consider candidates with strong Recoveries, Collections, Litigation experience from across other specialist property finance products. We are very keen on finding someone with strong legal understanding and who is comfortable dealing with solicitors on a regular basis and understands the jargon!We are looking for someone who is not only dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills but someone with sufficient grit/ gravitas to have difficult conversations with customers where necessary but conducted with the utmost professionalism.This role is FULL TIME office based in the City so please be aware of this when you apply. ..... full job details .....
