This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs, particularly Autism (ASC) and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN), within a structured and nurturing environment. The Role: You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis within the SRP, helping them access learning, develop communication skills, and build confidence.
