The Position - ARP Teacher
The school is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable EYFS Teacher to lead a newly established ARP class from September 2026. The successful candidate will work with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a range of additional needs, creating a structured, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports communication, independence, and early development.The ideal candidate will have previous SEN school experience within EYFS and a strong understanding of autism-specific strategies and interventions. Experience delivering and implementing SCERTS, TEACCH and Attention Autism/Curiosity Programme approaches is essential.The successful teacher will be calm, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education, with the ability to work collaboratively alongside therapists, support staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. Strong leadership skills and the ability to establish routines, personalised learning opportunities, and effective behaviour support strategies will be key within this role.
