Ariba Support Analyst Recruitment Partner: Morson EdgeClient: Rolls-Royce SMRLocation: Derby, Manchester or WarringtonContract: 6 months Day rate: £160 - £250 DOE, Inside IR35About the Role Morson Edge is currently recruiting an Ariba Support Analyst on behalf of Rolls-Royce SMR, supporting the continued development and optimisation of its procurement systems and Source-to-Pay processes.Following the recent implementation of SAP Ariba, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and evolving environment where you will play a key role in supporting business users, suppliers and procurement teams across critical procurement processes.As an Ariba Support Analyst, you will investigate and resolve system and process queries, identify recurring issues and root causes, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements.This is a pivotal role for someone who combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Investigate, diagnose and resolve queries relating to Supplier Onboarding, Strategic Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Provide effective support to suppliers, Purchasing and Supply Chain teams, requisitioners and other business users. Monitor recurring system and process issues, identifying trends and underlying root causes.
