Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experienceAccommodation: Live-in accommodation provided, with bills includedBenefits: 25 days'' annual leave, pension scheme and private healthcareLocation: Central LondonHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, with alternate Saturday mornings and participation in an out of hours rota The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Live-In Area Supervisor to support the day-to-day management of a high-quality residential property portfolio in Central London. This is a varied, hands-on position combining property inspections, resident support, contractor management, building safety and emergency response. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider property management team to ensure buildings are well maintained, safe and delivering a high standard of service to residents and occupiers. The position would suit someone with previous residential property or estate experience who enjoys being visible across a portfolio and taking ownership of day-to-day operational matters. Key Responsibilities Provide a professional and responsive service to residents, occupiers and visitors. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the properties within the allocated portfolio. Respond to day-to-day resident queries, maintenance issues and emergency situations. Carry out regular inspections of residential buildings, communal areas and vacant properties.
