Area Sales Representative Location: Yorkshire Offering Circa. 40,000 - 45,000 basic salary plus competitive bonus and benefits! Our client is an established Yorkshire business specialising in the non-woven market. Due to continued expansion, they are currently recruiting an Area Sales Representative to join their non-woven division targeting UK mattress and bedding manufacturers. Area Sales Representative - Key Responsibilities: Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across bedding, and industrial segments. Proactively prospect for new business, building a strong, self-sufficient pipeline. Understand each customer''s technical requirements and specification process, translating product capability into commercial value. Manage the full sales cycle from lead through to close, including sampling, trials, and technical sign-off where required. Negotiate pricing and terms in line with margin targets, escalating where appropriate. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM ensuring real-time visibility of pipeline and forecast. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting to senior leadership, including forecast accuracy and conversion rates. Analyse account and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, feeding insight back into commercial strategy. Track competitor activity, new product developments, and market conditions relevant to the nonwoven sector.
