Area Sales Manager

As our Area Sales Manager, you will take ownership of an established South West England and Wales territory with loyal customers, live opportunities and significant potential to rebuild and grow sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, confident sales professional who enjoys finding opportunities, opening doors and developing long-term relationships within complex healthcare environments. BASIC SALARY: £45,000 - £48,00 BENEFITS: OTE circa £65,000-£70,000 Uncapped commission of 2% - 7% of order value Quarterly performance bonus- up to £3,000 Annual performance bonus - up to £12,000 Company Van Expenses / Initial £1,000 expenses float Pension Scheme 25 Days Holiday and Bank Holidays, increasing with service Full Product and Factory Training LOCATION: Home based, covering South West England and Wales with regular travel throughout the territory and to France for company meetings.
