This is a high-activity, customer-facing sales role focused on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving growth across an established region. The role is ideal for a motivated salesperson with at least one year of experience in the electronics sector either with a component manufacturer or distributor who is confident managing a sales pipeline and building long-term relationships with engineering and purchasing teams. Role Overview The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for generating new business while managing and developing existing customer relationships across the Midlands. The role involves regular customer visits (around three days per week), with home-based working on Mondays and Fridays for planning, administration, and pipeline management.
