Area Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well known, UK wide company serving a broad range of industries including civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, and industrial services. With a strong national presence and a reputation for quality and reliability, they are looking to expand their team with a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager based in the Aberdeen area. Job Purpose To drive sales growth across the designated territory by developing new business and managing existing customer relationships. You will play a key role in increasing market share, promoting our services and delivering outstanding service to clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in related sectors across Aberdeen and surrounding areas. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and retention. Conduct site visits to understand client needs, present solutions, and provide technical support where needed. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Promote the full range of products and services Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow through to close deals. Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activity, and customer trends. Work closely with internal departments including operations, service, and finance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
