Area Sales Manager - South

We are working with an established global manufacturer of power generation and energy solutions to recruit an Area Sales Manager covering the South of the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a significant territory, developing existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business across the hire, construction, industrial and associated markets. The business manufactures a broad range of equipment including mobile and portable generators, commercial and industrial power solutions, lighting towers and battery energy storage systems. The variety of the product range means one day you could be discussing a fleet of mobile generators and lighting towers with a hire company, the next a larger standby power solution with a commercial customer, portable generators with a dealer or newer battery storage and hybrid power solutions. The Role As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales across the South East, London and South West, managing your territory with a high degree of autonomy. This is a genuinely field-based sales position suited to somebody who enjoys being in front of customers, building relationships and developing opportunities.
