Remuneration: £49,000-£59,000 + £7,500 Bonus

Benefits: £7,000 Car Allowance + full benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager Residential Mechanical Ventilation will involve:

Field sales role promoting a mid to high end range of mechanical ventilation , including MEV and MVHR systemsFocused on the residential marketSelling into predominantly MandE contractors and mechanical contactor installers80% new business development role, 20% developing projects from existing relationshipsProjects from 1-200 houses/ flatsTypical order value £5,000-30,00 per house/ flatWorking in conjunction with a specification field sales representativeActing as the go-to person for technical insight and smart solutions

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Residential Mechanical Ventilation experience with:

Proven field sales track record in HVAC sales

Must have sold into the residential marketplace

Preferably sold ventilation, but open to heat pumps and air conditioning field sales experience

Contacts within MandE contractors and mechanical contactor installers preferred

New business hunter

Stable career history

High energy

Resilient personality

Technically capable, energetic, intelligent and commercially aware
