Area Sales Manager - Mortgage and Protection Location: Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Surrey Salary: Up to £65,000 basic + Commission and Bonuses, OTE £85,000 We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a team of 12 Mortgage and Protection Advisers across the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Surrey region. This is a management focused leadership role for someone with a proven track record of building and running high-performing mortgage adviser teams. Your focus will be on driving performance, developing talent, and growing the team through effective recruitment, coaching and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and motivate a team of 12 Mortgage and Protection Advisers across the region Drive team performance against targets through regular reviews, coaching and structured performance management Design and deliver ongoing training and development programmes to raise adviser capability and case quality Identify skills gaps and create individual development plans for advisers at all experience levels Conduct regular one-to-ones, file reviews and quality/compliance checks across the team Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases, performance issues and team queries Work closely with senior leadership to shape regional strategy, budgets and growth plans Foster a positive, high-performance team culture that supports retention and engagement Ensure the team consistently meets regulatory and compliance standards ..... full job details .....
