Area Sales Manager - Kitchens Job Title: Area Sales Manager Kitchens Industry Sector: KBB, Kitchens, Independent Retailers, Retail Showrooms, Builders Merchants, Housebuilders Area to be covered: South South East focus Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 Basic £60,000-£65,000 OTE Benefits: Car Allowance and Benefits The role of the Area Sales Manager Kitchens will involve: Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of kitchens Selling into predominantly independent retail showrooms Smaller element of dealing with builders merchants and regional housebuilders 30-40% of your time account managing circa 30 trading accounts (with a turnover of approx. £1.2m) 60-70% of your time focused on new business development, after 6 months you will be targeted to generate £100,000 of new business per month) On boarding 15-20 independent retail showrooms initially to achieve run rate target Typically 4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home Ideally 4-5 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Kitchens with: Must come from the KBB market, ideally kitchens Contacts within independent retail showrooms Open to sales experience working for independent retail showrooms or field sales experience selling to independent retail showrooms New business hunter Resilient and relentless approach Thrives on winning new clients and driving revenue growth Driven and results-oriented Organised, methodical, good journey ..... full job details .....
