AREA SALES MANAGER GATES and BARRIERSLocation: Leeds / Yorkshire Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum OTE: £10,000 £12,000 Company Car or Car Allowance: Up to £500 per month Hours: Monday to Friday, 09 00Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Sales Executive or Sales Representative with a background in gates, barriers, security or access solutions?We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join an established company specialising in gates, barriers and security/access solutions, covering a large field-based territory.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who has experience within the gates and barriers industry and is looking to develop new business, grow existing accounts and increase revenue through installation projects, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts and ongoing service agreements.The Role Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across the assigned territoryIdentify and secure new business opportunities within the gates, barriers and security/access industrySell gates, barriers, installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreementsBuild strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makersCarry out site visits, surveys and customer meetingsDevelop opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful completionIdentify opportunities for additional services and recurring revenuePrepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and ..... full job details .....
