AR894 Area Sales Manager (Industrial Doors)Location: YateSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Commission and Bonus (OTE £60,000 - £65,000)Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently supporting a client in the search for an Area Sales Manager (Industrial Doors).The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets within a designated territory, with a primary focus on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts for industrial doors. You will also identify opportunities for new equipment, replacements, upgrades and modernisation projects while building long-term customer relationships.Our client strongly encourages applications from ex-military personnel however, all candidates will be considered.Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed agreed sales, revenue and growth targets through the sale of planned maintenance contracts, service agreements and selective new equipment opportunities.Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts.Identify opportunities for contract renewals, service upgrades, multi-site agreements and long-term maintenance contracts.Identify and progress opportunities for new industrial door installations, replacements, automation and modernisation projects.Conduct regular customer visits, site surveys and compliance reviews across your territory.Produce accurate quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements and site conditions.Proactively follow up quotations ..... full job details .....
