This is a well-run business with a good reputation with staff and customers alike.To avoid disappointment, you must have experience of working in the construction supplies sector and you must have demonstrable sales experience for this position but this could be from an external role or an internal one.This position requires someone who is really confident talking to people, understanding their needs and acting on this to provide sterling service to the customer.
