Position: Area Sales ManagerRegion: London and Southeast Sector: Construction MaterialsSalary: Circa £50,000 - £60,000 + car + bonus + benefitsThe Role:Our client is a well-established and respected supplier of specialist construction materials, supporting trade customers across Europe. With a strong presence in their core markets, they are recognised as a leading distributor of construction accessories and building solutions.They are now seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of accounts across the London and southeast region. Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening market presence, driving sustainable growth, and delivering increased value to customers.Key Responsibilities:As Area Sales Manager, you will take a solution-led sales approach, supporting both existing customers and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability across your account portfolio.Your role will involve a strong focus on field-based sales activity, including regular customer meetings and construction site visits.
