      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | This role plays a key part in driving growth across aftermarket products and services by building strong, long-term partnerships with dealers and customers. As an  Area Sales Manager , you will take full ownership of your area, combining commercial insight, relationship management, and hands-on sales activity to increase market penetration and deliver sustainable results.     The  Area Sales Manager  will:     Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for turnover and margin within the assigned area.   Expand market penetration within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) by identifying new customers and developing new sales channels.   Analyse sales performance and share KPIs with dealers and customers, including sell-in, sell-out, stock management, and competitor benchmarks.   Coach and support dealer aftermarket sales teams through structured visit plans, regular calls, and monthly performance meetings.
