Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading manufacturer who are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team, covering the North, from Sheffield up to Sunderland and everything in between. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and developing sales of products across a diverse range of retail sectors such as merchants, garden centres and other retail stores. You will have support of your own sales coordinator assigned to work with you only so you can focus on the selling!Role and Responsibilities:Driving profitable sales growth and increasing brand awareness.Building and maintaining relationships with independent convenience retailers, petrol forecourts, builders'' merchants and DIY centres, garden centres, wholesalers, coal merchants, and more.You will have a small account base, but there will be a strong emphasis on acquiring new accounts, so a hunter mentality is crucial to make this role a success!Manage your territory as if you''re running your own business.
