Area Sales Manager - Construction Products Location: South Wales and South West EnglandSalary: £40,000-£50,000 + Commission + Company Car The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Area Sales Manager to join an established specialist building products business supplying the UK construction market. With a quality range of roofing, cladding and natural stone products, the company works with customers across the merchant, contractor, self-build, architectural and conservation markets. This is a field-based role offering the opportunity to develop an established territory, build long-term customer relationships and drive profitable sales growth across South Wales and South West England. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales across the designated territory, achieving agreed revenue and margin targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including builders'' merchants, contractors, architects and end users. Identify and win new business, opening new accounts and expanding the company''s regional presence. Promote a specialist range of building products across the self-build, renovation and conservation markets. Identify new project opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers. Provide product advice and technical support, responding promptly to customer enquiries. Manage the sales pipeline, plan customer visits and maximise opportunities within the territory.
