The Role: Area Sales Manager This hybrid role combines Strategic Account Management with New Business Development responsibilities, supporting our growth in Plymouth and across the South West. Strategic Account Management Act as the first point of contact for a key customer in Plymouth. Ensure customer stores are replenished with C-Parts to support future builds. Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships while expanding the product portfolio. Provide technical support to customer engineers when required. Oversee shipments, deliveries, and on-site inventories. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve service processes. New Business Development Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the South West region. Research potential markets, track industry trends, and analyse competitor activity.
