On offer is a salary of between -38,000 and -45,000, a bonus scheme, company car, 23 days holiday and enrolment into the company pension scheme. As the Area Sales Manager you will be driving growth and fostering partnerships by taking a consultative sales approach focused on providing surfacing solutions that meet client needs. As the Area Sales Manager you will be: Taking on responsibility for existing account management and new business development across the North by developing a business plan for growth to meet and exceed targets within your area. Supporting a network of Surfacing Contractors with their business development activities and look to expand the number of Surfacing Contractors to meet business demands.
