Non-Residential Specification Sales Manager The Role: The Specification Sales Manager role is working for an instantly recognisable brand within the sanitaryware and bathroom product manufacturing sector. You will be covering an area across the East Anglia, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Northern Home Counties. In this role, the Specification Sales Manager will be selling two core branded ranges of sanitaryware such as sinks, toilets, baths, showers, and taps used in non-residential setting projects across the territory. These applications are within healthcare and hospitals, education, hotel groups and commercial buildings. The Specification Manager will be focussed on generating specification with Architects and Interior Designers (5%) and then working with the Contractors on the patch (95%) on these products. As a result, there is huge scope to break existing specifications and manage that process from cradle to grave.
