A unique hospitality portfolio in West London combining boutique hotel accommodation, serviced apartments and high-volume hostel accommodation. The portfolio caters to corporate, leisure, group and long-stay guests, creating an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Cluster Sales Manager.
The Role
Weandrsquo;re looking for an ambitious Cluster Sales Manager to drive revenue, develop new business and strengthen corporate and commercial relationships across multiple properties.
Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, the Sales Manager will focus on new business, account management, direct bookings, groups and revenue growth across the portfolio.
As a newly created role, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the commercial sales strategy, build new relationships and make a direct impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
andbull; Win new corporate, leisure, group and agency business
andbull; Build relationships with local businesses, universities, embassies, hospitals and relocation companies
andbull; Grow long-stay and extended-stay business
andbull; Manage and develop existing corporate accounts
andbull; Drive occupancy, ADR and revenue
andbull; Maximise direct bookings and commercial opportunities
andbull; Develop relationships with TMCs, tour operators and wholesalers
andbull; Generate group business across education, sport, corporate and leisure markets
andbull; Attend networking events, exhibitions and trade shows
andbull; Monitor competitors and market trends
andbull; Manage the sales pipeline and report on performance
The ideal Cluster Sales Manager will have:
andbull; Minimum 3 years'' hotel or hostel sales experience
andbull; Proven track record of achieving sales targets
andbull; Strong corporate account management experience
andbull; Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
andbull; Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of the London hospitality market
andbull; Experience with CRM/PMS systems
andbull; Exposure to the Middle Eastern market or established Middle Eastern client relationships would be a strong advantage
