An amazing opportunity to represent the industry K Lime product range (primarily MasterCAL and G-Lime) as an Area Sales Manager in the Republic of Ireland. Your aim is deliver profitable growth focusing on the development of predominantly merchants, Co-ops and distributors in line with SGES group and GB/ROI strategy.

This exciting new opportunity is part of Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions (SGES) which is the new business unit for Kilwaughter and Weber.

What we’re looking for:

  • Distribution, Merchants and Co-Op experience
  • Experience of managing and securing projects via Co-Ops and Distributors / Merchants
  • Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders in our customer network
  • Able to demonstrate a 'Value Selling' approach
  • An excellent communicator
  • A commitment to providing an industry leading customer experience and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Key Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for achieving annual revenue and profit margin targets within assigned area and cluster, ensuring strong financial performance and sustainable growth.
  • Accountable for delivering annual revenue and profit margin targets across the assigned area and cluster by driving customer engagement, ensuring timely CRM package resolution, conducting and documenting customer meetings, and converting project tonnage into sales to support strong financial performance and growth.
  • Proactively identifies and qualifies new customers and opportunities to grow SGES sales, strengthen the regional customer network across the full product portfolio, and increase market share.
  • Supports all regional branches in alignment with key account plans and CRM insights to drive sales growth and ensure product availability across the region.
  • Secures discretionary sales with Co-Ops and distributors by following leads, using support resources, and sharing opportunities to boost SGES brand exposure.
