Salary: £56,297.74 (with a car allowance of £2,750.28) per year Contract: Permanent, full time Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:15pm Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in our Milton Keynes office. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all contract administration and reporting data, continually improving auditing and reporting processes. Extract and analyse data from core systems to support contract management and informed decision-making. Support budget forecasting, monitoring and control, recommending remedial action where needed. Ensure services meet customer and stakeholder expectations, with clear communication and timely responses to enquiries and escalations. Oversee sensitive and robust complaint handling, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
