This is an excellent opportunity for a property/facilities professional with strong operational experience and a good technical understanding, who is comfortable working within a highly regulated and security-conscious environment. The Role As Area Property Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of facilities, ensuring that operational, maintenance, security, safety and service requirements are delivered to the required standards. Key responsibilities will include: Managing property and facilities operations across the designated sites. Overseeing security, maintenance and associated property services. Ensuring the needs of the organisation, employees and visitors are effectively met. Monitoring internal performance against safety, cost, programme and quality requirements. Identifying performance deviations and implementing appropriate remedial actions. Managing and coordinating property-related operational activities and priorities.
