This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week across operational hours of 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. Later shifts and Saturday working are delivered on a rota basis. We currently operate a hybrid working model, combining office and home working. You will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day scheduling of Responsive Repairs Operatives, ensuring work is planned efficiently and appointments are arranged to meet the needs of our residents. The role involves managing operatives'' schedules, booking and rescheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and updating systems to ensure repair activities are effectively monitored and tracked.
