The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.The roleThe Area Operations Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of sites within the M4 Corridor North and surrounding areas. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business.Main ResponsibilitiesDuties will include: Leading and inspiring front line operational teams Multi-site management via remote management means Visiting sites and frontline team members Effective management of the team Interacting with customers/clients at all levels Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters Leading training, development and people succession planning Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends)The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live within the M4 ..... full job details .....
