What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience as an Area Manager or multi-site leader within hospitality, QSR, or retail.

• A passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.

• Strong commercial awareness with a people-first leadership style.

• The ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams across multiple sites.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
