Retail Area ManagerThis established charity retailer operates a strong portfolio of high street shops that generate vital funding for specialist care services. They are seeking a commercially driven Retail Area Manager to lead performance across multiple stores and deliver exceptional customer experiences.The RoleYou will take full accountability for a portfolio of shops, leading paid staff and volunteers to achieve income targets, control costs and maintain high standards of presentation and service.This is a hands-on, field-based role, spending the majority of time in-store coaching managers, driving performance and supporting operational excellence. Regular travel between stores and occasional weekend working is required. A full UK driving licence (max six penalty points) is essential.About YouThis role would suit an experienced Area or Multi-Site Manager or A high-performing Store Manager ready to step up, with experience leading larger teams and exposure to multi-site, cluster or regional supportYou will bring strong commercial awareness, proven people leadership skills, confidence in coaching and developing others, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in charity retail is desirable but not essential.Whats in it for you?
