Our client is seeking a passionate, experienced, motivated Area Manager to join their Supported Living team. This is a rewarding and meaningful role, overseeing multiple services supporting adults with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex behaviours, and other challenged. You''ll ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently across your area, while leading and developing staff teams to create environments where both they and the people they support can thrive.
