The Area Manager will provide leadership to Branch Care Managers and their teams, ensuring outstanding care, compliance, and operational performance. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing growth and risk across your area, maintaining CQC standards, and supporting the recruitment, induction, and development of staff. The role requires a strong focus on performance management while creating a positive and value-driven culture. This is a field-based position, requiring regular travel to each branch (minimum twice per month).
