Our client is on the lookout for an experienced, proactive area manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across central London in the hospitality sector. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role during a period of transformation and growth, where you''ll help shape service delivery, build strong teams, and create lasting client relationships - all while keeping standards high and operations running smoothly.What Does the Role Entail? As Area Manager, you''ll be responsible for managing daily operations across multiple client sites, ensuring service excellence, team performance, and compliance with all agreed standards. You''ll regularly meet with clients, audit services, review budgets, and lead from the front, taking a hands-on approach to both people and performance.
