Area Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Retail Supervisor / Team Leader from a food-to-go, bakery, coffee house or similar customer-focused environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Location:Walton On Thames
Salary: Up to -35,000

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has already demonstrated strong leadership at store level and is ready to develop into a multi-site Area Manager.
You will be responsible for supporting and leading multiple locations, developing Retail Managers and their teams, driving commercial performance and ensuring consistently high standards across the area.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting and developing Retail Managers across multiple locations.
• Coaching leaders to become confident, capable and high-performing managers.
• Driving sales, customer service and commercial performance.
• Monitoring KPIs and using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensuring consistent operational, food safety and brand standards.
• Supporting stores through periods of growth, change and improvement.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues and the wider business.
• Creating an exceptional customer experience across every location.
