Area Manager Responsibilities

Team development and mentorship: Be present, share knowledge, and grow your teamMechanical knowledge or strong interest preferred, but not required4+ years as a Director of Operations or Regional Manager, CURRENT experience (5-10 locations preferred) in either the hospitality/food industry (preferably fast food/fast casual) or automotive industry (car wash, retail, etc.), with strong tenures of no more than 2 jobs in 10 yearsAbility to lead from the field and desire to be in the field; this is a very hands-on leadership role. Requires daily visits and significant time on-site.Business Financial acumen required; Multiunit Profit and Loss and budgeting experience requiredMust be a Passionate service-oriented leader; proven experience driving sales through Customer ServiceDrive business performance by coaching, mentoring, and managing employee performance, while supporting service center managers to do the same. This includes planning, tracking, and evaluating outcomes, as well as implementing and upholding systems, policies, and proceduresProven leadership in conveying goals, objectives, and core values, ensuring every team member at every level understands how their contributions impact the business dailyConfident solutions-oriented decision maker with strong follow-through and results
