Area Manager - Facilities Management

Ivy Resource Group are currently recruiting for an Area Manager for a large Facilities Management company. You will be looking after a team of 15 engineers split between Electricians and Fabric Engineers, working on behalf of a large supermarket chain. The company: Established in 1998 our client offers renowned high-quality construction projects and facilities management services. They are based in the heart of Bristol and have enjoyed significant success, particularly in the last 4 years with turnover increasing from 56 million in 2020 to a projected 125 million for 2025. What will be my core responsibilities?The role of Area Service Delivery Manager is being responsible for overseeing multiple engineers for multiple trades and Co-op sites within a designated area, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of maintenance services. This role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, optimising operational performance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
