As an Area Manager at the Erith, you will be crucial in leading, motivating, and supporting your operational team to maintain exceptional health and safety standards, drive people engagement, and ensure the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) in a dynamic, 24/7 environment. This role exists to foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and outstanding employee experience within your business unit. This is a day or night role with a 12.5-hour shift starting at 05:00 AM or 05:00 PM, following a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
