The Role: Area Manager / Dispensing Optician Responsible for 4 Optical Practices The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations and performance of four optical practices, ensuring excellent patient care, high dispensing standards, strong team performance and achievement of business targets. Key Responsibilities Oversee the performance and daily operations of all four practices. Support and manage Practice Managers and their teams. Maintain high standards of optical dispensing, patient care and customer service. Monitor sales, budgets, KPIs and profitability, implementing plans to improve performance.
