Our Home Care Services team is looking for an experienced and ambitious Area Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of Supported Living and Social Care services across Hillingdon and other service locations. This is an opportunity for an established care leader who wants greater influence, broader responsibility and the chance to develop other managers, while ensuring the people we support receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care. The opportunity You will provide visible leadership across multiple services, supporting and developing our Teams to build confident, capable teams. You will play a key role in driving quality, strengthening safeguarding and compliance, improving service delivery and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
