This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and asset management services across a portfolio of social housing properties. Key Responsibilities ·Manage a designated patch of residential properties. ·Carry out property inspections relating to repairs, damp and mould, voids, disrepair, and planned maintenance. ·Diagnose building defects and specify appropriate remedial works. ·Prepare technical reports, specifications, and schedules of work. ·Monitor contractor performance, ensuring quality, value for money, and compliance with relevant standards. ·Ensure all works are undertaken in line with health and safety legislation and housing regulations. ·Liaise with tenants and residents, providing clear communication throughout repair and maintenance projects. ·Support wider asset management initiatives and long-term investment programmes....
