Line LeaderRotherhamPermanent Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 10pm-6amElevation Recruitment Group are proud to once again be exclusively supporting a global food manufacturer in their search for a Line Leader to join a brand new permanent night shift.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated team leader or production supervisor who enjoys leading people, driving performance and maintaining high standards across safety, quality and productivity.Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will lead a team of production associates within either the process or packing area, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest food manufacturing standards.Key responsibilities of the Line Leader include:Leading and motivating production teams to achieve daily output targetsEnsuring high standards of health and safety, food safety and GMP across the production areaMonitoring production performance using KPIs and driving improvements where neededEnsuring production processes and documentation are completed accuratelyManaging staffing levels and supporting the effective use of agency labourCoaching and developing team members to improve performance and capabilitySupporting performance reviews and people management processesWorking closely with engineering teams to respond to breakdowns and maintenance requirementsSupporting audits, innovation trials and site visitsDriving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce wasteWe''re keen to speak with ..... full job details .....
