We''re recruiting for an Area Lettings Manager / Head of Lettings to join a well-established and growing independent property business, leading a busy central lettings operation near Bury St Edmunds. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for a commercially driven lettings professional who enjoys leading teams, winning instructions and driving performance. With a large existing landlord database, strong re-let business and opportunities generated across multiple offices, there is an established platform to build on and grow further. The Role As Area Lettings Manager / Head of Lettings, you will: Lead and manage an established team of around seven people Take overall responsibility for the central lettings operation Drive new landlord instructions and maximise existing business opportunities Oversee the lettings journey from valuations and instructions through to successful move-in Maximise re-let opportunities from an established landlord database Support valuers to improve instruction levels and conversion Monitor available stock, negotiations, progression and move-ins Drive departmental revenue, KPIs and commercial performance Maintain high standards of lettings compliance and organisation Identify opportunities to improve processes, conversion and customer experience Lead, motivate and ..... full job details .....
