Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a regional fundraising team while driving income growth and supporter engagement across a diverse portfolio of fundraising activities. As part of this exciting role, you will lead, motivate and develop a team of fundraising professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of income and engagement targets. Alongside managing team performance, budgets and fundraising strategy implementation, you will personally manage key relationships with businesses, schools, community groups and supporters. You will identify and secure new fundraising opportunities, represent the charity at events and networking opportunities, and work collaboratively across fundraising, marketing and service delivery teams to maximise supporter engagement and sustainable income growth.
