Area Director - Sales

Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and driven Area Director to oversee our Sales Aspire offices. As an Area Director, you will lead and oversee management of branches and colleagues within John D Wood and Co. You will work alongside the Lettings Area Director to create a fantastic culture for your teams. You will be responsible for delivering against performance and financial targets set, and your success will be delivered through engagement and collaboration amongst your teams, as well as strong results. Your role will involve: Acting as a brand ambassador at all times. You will lead by example, mentor, manage and train your teams to be the best in the industry. Supporting the company vision and contribute to the future direction of the business. Your role is to ensure your teams understand the strategic direction of the business, and work to deliver excellent results. Coach, develop and effectively manage all employees to ensure that performance is optimised across the board Oversee all branches in the region, provide clear career paths for employees, and manage the P + L for the region.
